The 2025 BWF World Junior Championships were held in Guwahati, Assam, India, marking the second time India hosted the event.

The championships consisted of two main parts:

1. Suhandinata Cup (Mixed Team Event): Held from October 6 to 11, 2025.

   
   

   • Winner: China (who defeated Indonesia in the final).

   • India won a bronze medal, a historic first for the nation in the mixed team championships.

Coach Ivan Sozonov praised the Indian shuttlers' team spirit at BWF World Junior Championships , where they secured a historic team bronze.

2. Eye-Level Cup (Individual Events): Held from October 13 to 19, 2025.
