The concept has been conceived by an Engineer cum Scientist, Mr. Saktibrata Dasgupta, who
spent four decades in innovating technologies and methodologies essential for industries and
public activities. In his colourful journey, he created import substitute medical devices,
equipment for application machinery in water treatment, aerial decontamination systems for
bakery industry and many more for Indian Army, Tea processing etc. As FINA, Switzerland
certified swimming pool designer, he built West Bengal’s First and still only Olympic approved
swimming pool at Jadavpur Stadium in the Nineties.
Several multinational companies are using his patented technologies at different branded
consumer durables in India and abroad. He still manufactures and exports his products to
almost all the continents.
Out of his personal soft corner towards the striving population, leveraging his creative instinct,
he passionately jumped into developing again a first of its kind platform integrating OTT
services with social media interface to support the activities of the Government.
In these all-important activities, he is being actively supported by none other than Mr. Sourav Paul,
a prominent industrialist and social worker who is also immersed in development of Football in
our country for decades. In his illustrious sports related operations, he served and still serving
as:
Ex-Vice President, Indian football Association; Honey Secretary, Southern Samity FC; Honey
Secretary, Bengal United Hockey Club; Chief Patron, Jalpaiguri football Academy and
Adviser, SKM SPORTS FOUNDATION ELITE ACADEMY among many others.
Sourav Paul is a prominent Indian football administrator, visionary sports executive, and
creative storyteller. It chronicles his transition from an aspiring athlete into a foundational
leader shaping the landscape of Indian sports infrastructure and media.
He took charge of Southern Samity, a club in the prestigious Calcutta Football League. Over the
past 15 years, under his leadership, the club has grown from a modest team in Bengal into a
respected name in Indian football. His efforts didn’t stop there — he spearheaded the
establishment of four football academies, creating a thriving ecosystem that gives young
players the opportunity to represent Bengal and, one day, the nation. A skilled administrator
and visionary, he has served on the Competition Committee of the All India Football Federation
too. His mission is to bring every sport — especially those overlooked or underfunded — into
the national spotlight. By leveraging social media and modern platforms, he aims to inspire
recognition, participation, and pride in India’s diverse sporting talent.
Beyond the field, his creativity finds expression in storytelling. As a writer and producer, he
uses cinema to shed light on pressing social issues, blending awareness with entertainment. His
journey stands as a testament to relentless passion — a life devoted not only to sports, but to
the belief that every dream can find new ways to live on through others.
Both of them are assisted by Mr. Subhankar Das (DCA / SQL Admin, DOEACC, Jadavpur) who is
an eminent Custom Software developer (For more than 15yrs) and corporate training provider,
engaged in developing multi type of applications. He passionately provides the backbone of
the critical IT environment of this creative platform.
